Following the first occupations over the past month it is with much excitement that we welcome you to join us for the opening of our Sales Centre at Fothergill Park on Saturday 27^th and Sunday 28^th September between 10am & 4pm. 

During this weekend you will be able to view a selection of properties at varying stages of build. You will also have the opportunity to register your interest in future plots on the development through the completion of a data capture form. 

To coincide with the opening of the Sales Centre the following plots will be available to reserve through Penhill Jones Property. 

Windsor             Plot 130

Mewslade         Plot 131

Rhossili             Plot 133

Anglesey           Plots 134 & 135

Whitland           Plots 136 & 137

The first of these plots will be ready for occupations in late winter / early spring.

As with the previous releases it is important to note that reservations are currently only being taken against the released plots so if you are interested in any future plots, we advise that you use the contact form on the WDL Homes website to register your interest or complete a data capture form on the weekend to ensure that you are sent any future updates.   This is the only way to guarantee that you are one of the first to know about the next release.
