An infill site in the centre of Aberdare this development of 9 one and two bedroom apartments and associated parking was designed to blend in with the existing dwellings and immediate surroundings being set on the fringe of the town’s central conservation area.
Developed in conjunction with the Rhondda Housing Association the scheme was built to a tight programme being delivered on time, winning a LABC Building Excellence award and occupied from May 2015.
