It is with great excitement that we are able to provide an update on Fothergill Park, whilst we are not quite ready to have a launch weekend for the first phase, we are thrilled to provide the site layout for the first phase of the development and announce the release of 12 plots for expression of interest with full reservations being taken from proceedable purchasers in the coming weeks. 

 What does this mean?

If you are interested in Plots 1-3 or 114 – 122 then it’s time to get yourself ready to reserve. If you have a house to sell then now is the time to get it on the market, you will be able to put you name against one of the listed plots from Monday 30^th September by contacting Izabel at Penhill Jones Property however in order to complete the full reservation in the coming weeks you will need to be in a proceedable position. 

What do I need to reserve? 

To reserve your preferred plot, you will need to have accepted an offer on your property and be in a position to exchange within 12 – 15 weeks from full reservation. 

If you are a first-time buyer, you will need to be provide a Mortgage in Principal offer to allow you to complete the reservation.

If you are a cash purchaser, you will need to provide evidence of your finances this could be a letter from your solicitor or financial advisor to confirm your position.

Upon reservation you will be required to pay a £1,000 reservation fee and provide details of your solicitor, mortgage provider and estate agent (if there is a related sale).

What plots will be available for first names?

We anticipate occupations for these plots starting in spring next year however prices and plot specific timescales will be added to our website and advertised shortly by Penhill Jones Property. 

It is important to note that names will only be taken against the released plots so if you are interested in any future plots, we advise that you use the contact form on the WDL Homes website to register your interest to ensure you are sent any future updates.  This is the only way to guarantee that you are one of the first to know of the next release.

As we release the first plots on this much anticipated development, we look forward to inviting you to an open weekend spring to celebrate the official launch and to allow you the opportunity to explore more of what Fothergill Park will have to offer.  However, in the meantime we request that you refrain from visiting the site as works currently include the construction of the roads and sewers meaning it is unsafe to access.  Appointments will be made for purchasers to view their chosen plot prior to reservation.
