The much anticipated second release at Fothergill Park, which includes both 3 & 4 bedroom homes, is nearly here, we would like to thank you all for your patience during the past few months whilst we have been working to get the site ready for the next release.

From this Friday 18^th April 2025 the following plots will be available to reserve through Penhill Jones Property.

Oxwich               Plot 113

Pembroke         Plots 123 & 124

Mewslade        Plot 125

Llangenith        Plots 126 & 145

Laugharne       Plot 128

Ashford              Plot 129

The first of these plots will be ready for occupations in the early Autumn with many of them being ready for Christmas.

As with the first release it is important to note that names and reservations are currently only being taken against the released plots so if you are interested in any future plots, we advise that you use the contact form on the WDL Homes website to register your interest and ensure that you are sent any future updates.   This is the only way to guarantee that you are one of the first to know about the next release. 

We are still a little way off being able to invite you to visit the site but the Sales Office is now under construction, and we hope be able to invite you to a launch weekend later this summer, where you will have the opportunity to visit the site and explore what this exciting development will have to offer.  In the meantime, we continue to request that you refrain from visiting the development as access remains unsafe for the public.   Izabel will arrange appointments for purchasers to view their chosen plot during the reservation process.
