Based at Penderyn near Aberdare, WDL Homes has been in operation in the locality since 2000 successfully completing a number of high quality schemes with an ever growing number of satisfied customers.

Warranty
Every new WDL home comes complete with a 10 year new homes cover for peace of mind. WDL Homes is a registered builder with both LABC and NHBC. Each property is independently surveyed during construction by the respective warranty provider who will issue their ten year new build warranty certificate directly to the purchaser’s solicitor upon satisfactory completion of each dwelling.
