WDL Homes Limited is part of the WDL group of companies, a growing family business which began in 1972 by Mr William D Lewis.  Based at Penderyn near Aberdare, WDL Homes has been in operation in the locality since 2000 successfully completing a number of high quality schemes with  a growing number of satisfied customers over the years.

Currently we have two developments underway in Glynneath and Llwydcoed. Woodland Mews is a development of 24 new homes of various sizes, set in the tranquil picturesque village of Pontwalby which lies on the eastern fringe of Glynneath.

The initial phase of the new Tan Y Bryn Gardens site at Llwydcoed is now complete. This much sought after development of circa 85 new homes will include a range and mix of homes from 3, 4 and 5 bed executive, with a number of 3 bedroom homes to suit young families. Phase 1 comprising of 7 homes is on release with an exceptional interest with only 2 available.
